Shipping costs are not included in your purchase. As Customer you can choose to ship with local shipping company like Agility Logistics or MSA Cargo. Or you may ship with International shipping companies like DHL, FedEx or UPS.
The shipping charges are calculated on basis of destination, total weight of the goods and shipping method (Airfreight in kgs or Sea freight in qbm or by container load -

Our standard production for wholesale orders takes about 4 to 8 weeks.
Airfreight (airport to airport) will take about 4 up to 7 working days.
Sea Freight (port to port) will take about 4 -
Each product will be packed in paper wrap, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, single carton box or any other material required to guarantee save shipping.
All prices on our web site include taxes and delivery to the selected shipping agent/company in Bali.. All other charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer. You will be charged as-
Minimum order quantities for wholesale prices are 11 to 100 pieces and 101 to 1000 pieces. For higher quantities please contact us.
Regular customers will receive even better prices.
We require 50% Deposit payment from the total order amount at the time the order is placed. After the goods are ready for delivery to the local shipping agent/company, we will send you an e-
If there is no balance payment received after 30 days starting from our notification, the order will be automatically canceled without any refund possible.
Full payment is required for all purchase orders with total amount less than US $1,000.
We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account, Western Union, Money Gram and PayPal(surcharge of 3,5% for credit card payment via PayPal).
We will start to process your order once we have received your payment.
When the down payment is made, no refund or cancellation is possible!
Goods once shipped will not be taken back under any circumstances unless the goods sent are items other than ordered ones or a damage of the merchandise caused by us.
Either replacement or a full refund will be given in those cases.
In case of damage due to the shipping process, the customer is required to deal with the shipping agent/company directly. We strongly suggest to buy Insurance for the shipment with the shipping agent/company.
