GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF GOODS
In General
1. All Items are "Made to order" as we rarely hold stock.
2. Minimum Order Quantity applies for bulk orders and is shown on the web page as well as on the order form.
3. Minimum order total for each order on balihandicrafts.com is USD 1000 or the equivalent in other currencies or USD 500 for a 1-time *Sample order.
4. Prices shown on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah according to government regulation.
5. We will send you an Invoice to confirm your order and then request payment according to our Terms & Conditions.
6. Our customers can pay using PayPal, wire transfer or using Wise.

8. 11% Value-added tax (VAT) is included in our prices.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.
*Sample order with total minimum amount of USD 500 may be a mix of various item categories, but minimum order quantity for each category applies here too.
Pricing
All prices on our web site are in Indonesian Rupiah according to government regulation and include taxes and delivery to the
selected shipping agent/company in Bali. Prices shown on the online order forms (Jotform) are in US-Dollar.
All other charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the
customer. You will be charged as-per-actual for these expenses.
Minimum order
quantities apply for wholesale prices. Regular customers enjoy better prices.
Prices are set for bulk orders and are based on minimum order quantities, shown
on product pages and order forms.

Payment
Options
We require 50% Deposit payment from the total
order amount at the time the order is placed. After the goods are ready for
delivery to the local shipping agent/company,
Once your order is confirmed, and the Deposit is completed - cancellation will not be accepted. However in the case of an order cancellation, the Deposit payment is non refundable
Full payment is required for all purchase orders with total amount less than US
$1,000. We accept payment by
PayPal
, TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account
or using
Wise.
We will start to process your order once we have received your payment. When
the down payment is made, no refund or cancellation is possible!
For seamless transactions, we also accept payments through popular digital wallets like PayPal and Wise.
You can conveniently pay using major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Return and Refund for online orders
We hope you loved your order, but if something wasn’t
quite right rest assured you can return it to us subject to the following
conditions:
Goods once shipped will not be taken back under any circumstances unless the
goods sent are items other than ordered ones or a damage of the merchandise
caused by us.
Claims for damage/negligence etc. with regards to quality control must be made
within two weeks from date of receipt of goods at your destination.
Either replacement or a full refund will be given in those cases.
In case of damage due to the shipping process, the customer is required to deal
with the shipping agent/company directly. We strongly suggest to buy Insurance
for the shipment with the shipping agent/company.
